Nitisha Tripathi

Nitisha is responsible for the analysis of legislation, policies, and standards on Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and privacy and is actively involved in engaging trade associations on these issues. Passionate about responsible AI, privacy, and online content safety, she is a lawyer by training and is currently finishing her Master’s in Public Policy and Administration (MPA) from School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University, New York. Previously, Nitisha worked for more than five years at the intersection of technology policy, human rights, and law. She has advised the government of India as a policy consultant on issues regulating technology, e-commerce, and consumer affairs, and the impact on the operations of tech platforms. She has also managed elections for leading political parties in India at state and national level.
